Jake, from North New Jersey, attended the University of Tampa and has been in the business for 4 months. With a passion for sales and connecting with people, he thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling new challenges. He’s focused on creating long-term success through his business efforts, with the goal of building enough income to retire his family and invest in real estate. Jake also wants to use his success to give back to underserved communities, doing so in a hands-on, impactful way. His drive to grow and achieve keeps him committed to reaching his full potential and making a lasting difference.
Felicity has been in the business for 3 years. She is a first college generation student that study Journalism at the University of North Texas. Prior to working in the business, she was a general manager of Chipotle for a year and a half. Once she found that being a general manager wasn’t going to provide her the freedom she wanted, she went all in on the business. Since opening in the Midwest she plans to increase headcount to 50 reps & save enough money to help retire her family in the near future.
Raúl Rosas served 5 years in the Marine Corps prior to working in the business. His biggest learning experience has been learning the difference between a leader and a manager. Anyone with a can delegate and order people around but to develop others to better themselves personally and professionally has definitely been the biggest impact. His goal in 5 years is run a profitable marketing company and have a small, but growing real estate portfolio. He will also be on his way to getting his pilot license and help his parents with any retirement plans they haven’t started on.
